David Garrido

David is a presenter for Sky Sports, hosting their LaLiga live coverage amongst other things.  He previously spent 10 years at the BBC as a sports presenter and reporter, covering some of the biggest football events on the planet, such as FIFA World Cups, UEFA European Championships and Champions League finals.  David has interviewed football stars like Cristiano Ronaldo, and has been a Valencia supporter for most of his life.


Paco Polit

Paco is an English teacher and journalist based in Valencia, having presented on local radio and featured on local TV.  He anchors shows for esportBase, the voice of youth football in the region, as well as reporting for cricketsoccer.com.  Paco follows both Valencia & Levante (yes, it's possible),  and is a massive film buff as well.

Diego Lorijn

Barcelona fans don't come much bigger than Diego - especially as he has Dutch in his blood as well.  He's based in the city and has been covering the team for his own YouTube channel, This Is D Spot, as well as for SB Nation's Barça Blaugranes.  Diego never holds back with his views and is a consummate broadcaster.  Hold on tight.


Euan McTear

Euan is a brilliant young writer and broadcaster specialising in Spanish football.  He is the author of "Eibar the Brave" and "Hijacking LaLiga", his latest work on Atlético Madrid's rise to challenge Barcelona and Real Madrid.  Euan also works for MARCA in English and Tifo Football, and lives in Madrid.  He's a St. Mirren fan.


Alexandra Jonson

Alex is Scandinavian, but has left her native Sweden to station herself out in northern Spain - she was previously in Galicia, and is now based in Asturias to write a book on Real Oviedo.  AJ has written for a number of Swedish publications and websites, and is now freelancing in Spain for English-speaking outlets.  She supports Malmo, and is off to the World Cup in June.
